Can I extend the hire period?

Yes, you can extend the agreed hire period, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can update availability.

Can I buy a fitness machine?

Yes, we have used machines for sale, please contact us to check availability.

What happens if there is a problem with the machine?

The equipment is good quality, it is checked prior to delivery and is unlikely to develop a fault. If you do experience a problem that cannot be resolved a replacement will be supplied subject to availability at the time.

Do you supply compatible heart rate monitors?

Yes, you can purchase a polar compatible heart rate chest strap for £25. These are suitable for the following equipment - Cross Trainer Strider X7 - Cyclo Go Exercise Bike - Cyclo 5 Upright Bike - Cyclo 6 Exercise Bike - Freedom Air Rower.

If I don't get on with the machine can I change it?

Yes, you can exchange the equipment if you find it doesn't suit you. There will be a £40 exchange fee and any difference in hire cost will apply. It will also depend on availability at the time.

Do I have to do any maintenance?

There are some very simple steps to ensure the equipment is kept in good order and basic cleanliness is expected. The user manual gives details for each machine.

Is the equipment insured?

Household contents insurance policies usually cover you for goods on hire in your home, but we recommend you contact your insurer or check your policy to confirm this, as you are responsible for the equipment whilst it is in your possession.
