Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions of hire are listed below.

• Minimum hire period of 4 weeks
• Delivery and collection of equipment is charged from £10 depending on location
• Initial payment of the first 4 weeks plus delivery/collection charge will be taken prior to delivery
• Subsequent hire payments will be taken 4 weekly in advance
• A notice period of 14 days in writing is required to cancel the hire agreement
• A termination fee will apply to early return of equipment
• Any person using the equipment must be over 18 years of age
• Operating instructions and a user manual will be provided
• Any person using the hired equipment is responsible for their own health and fitness and should seek appropriate advice prior to exercise
• Home Gym Hire Ltd takes no responsibility for the person using the equipment on hire and will not provide health or fitness advice and will not be liable for any illness or injuries arising from the use of the fitness equipment on hire
• The person hiring the equipment will be responsible for the delivered fitness equipment between the delivery date and the collection date and be liable for any loss, damage or theft of the delivered fitness equipment, and will be required to reimburse Home Gym Hire Ltd the full retail price for any loss, damage or repair and any loss of business due to the equipment not being returned or being returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
