Triple Adjustment System

Infinity Resistance & Emergency Stop

Twist the resistance knob half a turn to simulate a hill or twist it the other way to reduce the intensity. Infinite resistance ensures all fitness levels will achieve an excellent workout. A simple activation emergency stop is there to prevent accidents even when clipped in.

Handlebar Pulse Measurement

Hold the handlebar pulse sensors during your workout for your heart rate to be transmitted to the computer display. Change the bike resistance or your cycling speed to increase your heart rate and keep within your target heart rate zone to get fitter faster.

Toe Clip Pedals

The exercise bike comes with toe clips as standard. These ensure your feet won’t slip as you are pedalling. The toe clips have a flat pedal option underneath too.

The Dual Pedal System is available as an optional upgrade. These pedals feature an SPD clip-in system on one side and standard flat pedal on the other. These are used to clip in standard cycling shoes. With the optional pedals you will train with greater efficiency as your muscles are used throughout the full pedalling motion (rather than just the downward push).
